College Football Analyst, Former NFL Player and College Football Hall of Famer

I’ve known my boy Teddy-Fresh for almost 15 years now and consider him one of the best performance coaches I know and also a great friend. Not only did I trust Ted to train me after my injury, I 1000% trust him while he is working with my own kids. I appreciate how he always brings the same energy everyday and is always trying to get better. He treats people the way they are supposed to be treated and has a great balance of pushing people without being over-bearing. If you’re serious about becoming an elite athlete you better be training with Ted!

[Coach Ted] helped me reach my goal of playing in the NFL and prepared me for the biggest job interview of my life (NFL Combine).  Coach Ted is experienced and has proven that he is among the best at what he does.  Through hard work, dedication, and his programs, you will see improvement like never before, and you will put yourself in a position to realize your dreams.

I have known Ted for a number of years as one of the most caring, thoughtful, and engaged sports performance specialists I have worked with. We have shared many athletes whom all trust and respect him. He has an excellent understanding in particular with the youth athlete through developmental periods. He applies the research principles and publications that we have developed at Emory and many other aspects to his athletes in a seamless way.

I’ve known and worked with Ted for the last few years and have witnessed first hand his passion for the field which is matched only by his want to help young people succeed in sport and life. Ted has a unique ability to engage athletes at a level they find comfortable while still applying the type of workouts he expects to enable extraordinary results. Through a variety of unfortunate circumstances we began the fall season with only four fully able bodied players. Through diligence, teamwork and intelligent design Ted enabled the team to field a full nine players by the end of the season and brought the team to the brink of an NCAA birth.

He has trained numerous pro athletes, all the way down to children as young as 8 years old. His knowledge and understanding of long term athletic development, and his ability to create individualized training programs that guide athletes on a pathway of success is second to none. The earlier you start with Coach Ted, the better off you’ll be!

Ted is the best! He cares about all of his athletes and wants them to get better. He tailors programs to each person's needs. For me personally, he's the first person I've worked with that has really focused on small, specific tennis movements, and it's made huge improvements in my game. I also appreciate the variety of workouts whether it's total body strength, on court movement, circuits, or plyos. He really pushes me to get better and is always introducing new exercises to keep challenging me. I'd recommend any high level athlete to work with Ted.

Head Men's Tennis Coach, Georgia Tech

My name is Kenny Thorne and I have been the Head Men’s Tennis Coach at Georgia Tech for the past 21 years. We had the privilege of hiring Ted as our strength & conditioning coach for the 2018 and 2019 season. He worked with our guys on court, in the gym and traveled with us as well. He took a team that only had 4 healthy players in the fall due to surgeries and other issues and got them healthy and strong enough to beat the number 3 team in the nation in the spring. One of my biggest recommendations comes in how he relates to student-athletes. This is becoming more and more important in the coaching business. He was very well respected and received by our entire team.
